Good to know
Do guests need to download an app?
No. Their pass goes into Apple Wallet or Google Wallet, which are already on their phone. They can also just open the link and show the code.
What is a reusable pass?
Each mobile number gets one pass with one code. Any ticket assigned to that number – for this event or the next – works with the same pass, so guests only add it once.
Can a pass be used twice?
No. Each scan checks in one ticket. If someone holds two tickets for the same event, the pass works twice and then stops – so spare tickets should be passed on to the people using them.
Can I buy a group bundle and share the tickets out?
Yes. Organisers can offer bundles (for example 10 tickets at a cheaper rate). After buying, share each ticket to a friend's mobile from your order page, or log in with WhatsApp and pass spares on from your pass – any time before the event.
How does WhatsApp login work?
Enter your mobile number and we send a 6-digit code on WhatsApp. Type it in and you're logged in – no password.
